SHERPA-connectors consist of two aluminum parts, which in principal create a form-fitting connection like the traditional dovetail connection. Forces are transferred in installation direction, perpendicular to the installation direction, in tension and compression as well as moments in all three spatial axes.

A simple connecting system designed for unlimited applications. Used in timber constructions, commercial construction, residential and non-residential construction, for bridges, solariums, balconies or staircases, furniture construction, fences, carpentry, and many more. With load capacities ranging from 5 kN up to 280 kN, the tested and proven SHERPA-connector system can be adapted to any application.

Regardless of what you aredesigning – using the SHERPA-connector system allows for economical pre-assembly at the plant and reduced assembly time at the construction site. The wide variety of available connectors is tailor-made for the task at hand and ensures a durable, long lasting and reliable load transfer.

The SHERPA is designed and manufactured in Austria by Vinzenz Harrer GMBH, and imported and distributed in North America exclusively by Herrmann’s Timber Frame Homes.
